  • Created a new strategy and workplan for Broad Street Ministry and Rebuilding Together Philadelphia.

  • Developed a framework to move a start-up organization into its next life-cycle phase.

  • Worked to knit together and strengthen the operations of three closely-held organizations serving adults with disabilities.

  • Developed and wrote Greenworks Philadelphia, the City of Philadelphia's first comprehensive sustainability strategy.

  • Developed the Philadelphia Research Initiative, a program of The Pew Charitable Trusts.

  • Led the American Board of Internal Medicine's efforts to shift to a community-centered design model.

  • Helped create and implement a public-private Transitional Jobs program for TANF recipients.

  • Wrote a white paper focused on Next Generation Philanthropy.
